The House
The Chenille Room is a 900 square foot space for daily and evening rental. The space offers an artistic industrial ambiance with a sleek modern twist. It’s exquisite nature serves as the perfect setting for private recordings, photo shoots, classroom style courses and uninhabited social gatherings.
Monday-Wednesday - $500
Thursday - $600
Friday - $1000
Saturday - $1200
Sunday - $600
Rates include a variety of pay scales and hourly rentals from which to choose. A selection of rates and discounts for multiple use commitments are also available.
